Bikini wax before holiday?

It’s been a while since I had a bikini wax. I’m going on holiday in August and wondered how long before I go should I get waxed? My hair regrowth is ridiculously fast, if I shave my bikini area in the evening, there will be stubbly regrowth by the morning. But I know that for a while after having a wax, there is a lot of redness. I’m away for 10 days and would like to remain as stubble-free as I can in that time but I also don’t want to wax the day before I go as I’ll end up having a glowing red crotch round the pool.

For those of you whose hair grows at a ridiculous rate, when would you suggest is best to have a wax and how long does it tend to last you? Also, do you have any little tricks that slow the regrowth down a little?

I say two days before.. however if you start now and have a wax beforehand regrowth and then another wax before you go that's a better option. I have found over time the stubble has been a lot less .. and yes just like you with shaving regrowth the next day 🤦‍♀️

Yy previous post, also you can get lotions that are supposed to help with slowing down regrowth, haven’t used them so don’t if they work.

if you have over 3 weeks before going, Have one asap now then another 2 days before you go. slap some sudocrem on it straight after and it will bring the redness down. and get rid of the rash..... make sure you take an exfoliating glove with you and use it every day to avoid ingrowing hairs, and tweezers just in case!
