tips for sleeping on your side

Does anyone have any tips for staying on your side when you're asleep? Im 29 weeks and keep waking up on my back. I broke my shoulder a few weeks before becoming pregnant and it still aches when I lie on my side so I think I always end up rolling onto my back again in my sleep. Ive tried my hair in a low bun and Ive got a pregnancy pillow but Im worried that I keep waking up on my back

Thanks!

I had a large yoga bolster (tube shaped not the flat rectangular Ones) which I put behind my back when I had an injury to stop this from happening. It worked well.

The old tennis ball in the pyjamas thing is meant to work, and there are a few more here in the first third of this article.

Go to a foam supply place on a local industrial estate and get them to cut you a foam wedge or two. They will often do this free from offcuts. Works brilliantly when you place one either side of your hips/waist.
