foreo - does anybody have one

I have one and don't seem to be getting on with it/using it correctly. Have read a lot of rave reviews online but I don't get it!

I'm always too worried about getting water in the charging socket and ruining it - wet hands, wet skin, etc, or is it not something I should think about and just let it be wet?

They are meant to get wet. You can use it in the shower, if you like. I love mine. My skin feels really clean (I’m a makeup every day person). I’ve started using the massager side as well and wouldn’t be without it now.

Just don’t use grainy scrubs or anything oil based with it. Cleansing lotion/gels are good.

ah, thank you - I thought maybe it was ok, but it is an electrical socket so I was a bit worried. I think I'll put it in the shower - that sounds a great idea. I usually forget to use it. I don't wear tons of make up but I NEVER bother to take it off, so probably this would be very good for me! I'm not grubby/dirty, it just wears off and I wipe quickly with a flannel and that's about it. Thank you :)

I bought one last year to take on holiday instead of my Clarisonic. It is good that you can charge it via the usb port on a laptop. It was fine for the holiday, but I prefer the Carisonic.

You wash first, then use the Foreo. Double cleanse, as it were. Remember, NO oil based products. It damages the unit.

I've been using one in the morning in the shower for about 6 months with Liz Earle cleanse and polish (I ditch the muslin) and it's really working for me, I saw someone yesterday I hadn't seen for a while and she commented (randomly as it was a work meeting) that my skin was glowing. Stick with it!
