Anyone used Boohoo?

Has anyone ordered from boohoo.com. the clothes are a bit young for me but I've seen some sandals I like.

I've ordered clothes from them before and they've always been really bad quality, see-through, and just not like in the photos.
I haven't tried their shoes but I would not recommend them on my experiences.

I've got a premium account as thought it was a good idea with two teenage DD. The occasional thing they order is kept, a lot of it is very poor quality and gets sent back.. DD1 actually describes it as disposable clothing

I've always found Boohoo really nice but I can only buy from the plus range so less of the £4-10 really cheap ranges.

I'm another one to day the quality is terrible and fit is always really strange.

I’m wearing a pair of their sandals just now. Not the comfiest, but I think I have wide feet. For £15, I can’t complain. Sent back the only dress I ever ordered from them though.

I got two identical tops, neither matched in cut, pretty poor quality but good enough for cheap fast fashion. Can't comment on shoes I'm afraid

My local charity shop is full of clothes from there! All look truly nasty and I bet most have been unworn!

Avoid avoid avoid. Cheap & nasty. I had an issue with them that they said they never received a return (£30 worth of stuff) and they're refusing to refund me. I'm thinking of taking it to the CEO. You can't ring them, you have to message them on social media. Tinpot outfit.
