A bikini for big boobs!

nowayback · 06/07/2018 22:40

Ive recently lot some weight and feel more confident in my body. For the first time since my Honeymoon (11yrs ago) im now debating wearing a bikini on this years holiday! Im a size 12/14

Alot of the bikinis tops ive seen wont even cover half my boob! Im looking for something with fuller coverage (34E) but that doesnt look like im just wearing a bra. I also need high waisted knickers to hold my belly in and cover my ugly stretch marks.

Dont want to spend too much though either as I worry ill get there and be surrounded by beautifully slim ladies and it will get left at the bottom of the suitcase!

Anyone seen anything that might fit the bill?

I was looking in asos last night and they have swimwear for the big boobed - I’ve ordered a swimsuit. Up to G cup. Not sure what the quality is like yet but they’re cheap enough and there’s a sale atm.

CurbsideProphet · 06/07/2018 23:01

I'm a similar size and just bought one online from Curvy Kate in their sale. I'll try to find it online for you Smile

Pour Moi (ASOS). Loads of sizes, good coverage and support, and come in actual colours.

Thebluedog · 06/07/2018 23:02

Bravissimo do some lovely bikinis. Not cheap but they are the only ones I feel confident wearing (I’m an E/F cup).

Similar situation to you OP, lost weight and now 34dd I think. Halterneck, which seems to be everywhere, looks wrong on me as I've got a long body and am yet to find a decent bikini in the high St.

YellowLily · 06/07/2018 23:07

Figleaves, Freya, Pour Moi. All allow you to buy the top in a bra size which is a god send if you have big boobs, and if you are disproportionately booby as well. You can buy separates and buy the bottoms in a dress size and the top comes in a bra size, always buy all my bikinis from one of the above Smile

Gammeldragz · 06/07/2018 23:08

I that's nice curbside but looks too much like underwear.

Flaskfan · 06/07/2018 23:13

Fig leaves did some cracking sets last year. I have high waist bikini pant that make my arse look like a circus tent.Grin

Try Bravassimo

CurbsideProphet · 06/07/2018 23:39

@gammeldragz Brastop has loads in at the moment in different styles and sizes.

nononsene · 06/07/2018 23:45

I have this one this and I’m a 34f

FinallyGotAnIPhone · 07/07/2018 07:07

eBay (you can buy new) - just type in your size and see what you like.

kingseat2016 · 07/07/2018 07:32

I’m a 34g and get mine from bravissimo. Yes, they are expensive but they fit beautifully.

nowayback · 07/07/2018 08:39

Excellent. Thanks for all the suggestions of online places. Will have a good browse! 🙂

Just out of interest... How easy are these online places to return stuff.?

I’m a 30g wear Freya bikinis in they same style as I would in a normal bra. So I wear plunge bikinis because a full cup or balcony are the wrong fit for the shape of my bust. I avoid a halter neck plunge as I find them extremely uncomfortable at the back of my neck.

Shelvesoutofbooks · 07/07/2018 10:26

Primark does 34E if you're on a budget

HRTpatch · 07/07/2018 10:28

Bra Stop online

ovenchips · 07/07/2018 10:29

I'd second Brastop. Good choice and great prices. I order tons then return 9/10ths of them.
