Scars under arm from blunt razor

Months ago after shaving armpits i realises it ŵas a blunt razor. It has only affected one arm, but because i carried on shaving it didnt heal. I thoght it was just dark scaring but it now feels raised. Ive beèn using bio oil for a few weeks but its not helping.

I know ill have to stop shaving but can anyone suggest anything? Would a dematologist be able to help?

If it's not infected or inflamed you're probably best to leave alone to heal. I know that's tough though.

I’ve had this and it wouldn’t heal for ages as it kept getting so itchy that I’d scratch it before it could heal. In the end I got some E45 anti itch cream and a couple of weeks later it was fine.
