Breast reduction - which bra?

Hi. Breast reduction in two weeks. Have been told soft bra, not too tight. Any advice appreciated. I’m going from a 30GG to hopefully a C/D so a bit of a guessing game. Thanks.

I’d go for an unwired sports bra, possibly in a 32 back so it’s not squishing you in the early days. Good luck with your op - it’s something I’ve researched extensively (32K), but have never found the courage to go for.

How about something like these from Asda? They’re cheap, so comfy (I wore them when I was breast feeding) and will give you support without restricting you too much as the swelling improves.

Thanks - those Asda ones look promising and much more reasonably priced. Yes - thought about it for a long time, definitely time to sort it out now. Excited but nervous!
