Please help with melasma moustache

I finally dragged myself in the sun for vitamin d purposes and now have a terrible melasma moustache

Please does anyone know how to cover up skin pigmentation. Feel really upset as it's very prominent and your eye goes straight to it. Thanks.

I got a patch of melasma after my first pregnancy, GP prescribed a cream and it got rid of it in a few days. Worth an ask??

Tranexamic acid. Buy it in boots. Half a tablet per day for 3 months and 1000mg vitamin c. And a zinc based high factor sunscreen.

Nb: don't use tranexamic acid if you have any heart or blood issues.

Thanks for help. Will see GP and pop to boots. Fingers crossed it will fade. I never wear makeup but now need to buy a cover up I think. So frustrating.
