BRA INTERVENTION - help needed!

I did a bra intervention which suggested I try a 30 FF. I ordered a load to try and they are just too tight - sometimes so small around my chest that I don’t even have enough “play” to do jo the catch.

But I don’t know what to try next. A 32E?

I have been wearing a 34D or DD for years, but I can see the difference/benefit in the new size, I just can’t imagine wearing it. It feels like I’m being crushed!

32F

If you go up a back size, then you go down one cup size.

Thanks

Thanks for your help

Hermione would you mind linking to the guidance you followed please? I measured myself a few years ago based on the advice on MN but pregnancy and weight changes mean I think I need to do it again but can't remember how!

HermioneWeasley · 05/07/2018 12:44

I think it was called boom or bust

Er, yes. That makes more sense!
