Please help! I’ve just had a massive outbreak in spots ...weirdly not on my face though - all over my chest, shoulders and back! I shower every other day, but do have a full strip wash on the days I don’t shower! I have sensitive skin so can’t use products with loads of chemicals in! I haven’t changed anything so have no idea what’s caused it unless it’s sun related/heat related and I have no idea how to clear it up!
Please help, I feel disgusting
