Cool summer dress for apple shapes...

As in 'keep me cool' summer dress. I'm 5'3 and size 14. None of my clothes fit after having a baby so I need some dresses ASAP to cope with the heat. Needless to say, I need s bit of a sleeve. Can anyone recommend any please?
