Summer skirts for short ars*s

Can anyone help? I'm a middle-aged woman, size 8-10 and just over 5ft (and clinging to that "just over" like crazy). I'm after a plain, casual, floaty skirt that I can wear as a daily piece. Nothing too expensive please! I visualise something soft and romantic that I can wear with blouses or T-shirts.
