Cancelling a Boden order

Has anyone ever done it? I ordered some things, they're very different from how they looked and I'm returning them, but since I'm returning the whole order straight away, I think I can cancel the order and get the postage costs back too.

The thing I'm confused about is that I've got a free returns label in the parcel but the info on the website about cancelling orders seems to suggest you have to pay the return postage. If I have to do this then it's not worth it and I'll just return the normal way. So, anyone know if I could still use the free labels or not?

If you’ve already received the items then you can’t cancel the order surely? I think you can only cancel the order before the items have actually been despatched.

Just send them back the normal way with the free returns label.

Yes, you can use the free returns label. No need to cancel it how the website says. You usually only get a returns label if you use a code, so they don't put the free returns info down as standard.

Great - thanks. I thought I read that if you returned everything within 14 days you cancel it and get it all back including postage. Sounds like it's easier to just return normally then.
