Mac lipstick

Hi all, I am going to my local Mac this coming Monday, and am looking for lipstick recommendations, I like matte or satin. I am considering velvet teddy.

I've just bought 'twig' it's a matte pinky peach. Quite nice. Think I'll go for something more sheer next time though. I like the look of 'whirl'. Velvet teddy is a popular one and looks good on lots of different people. On Instagram there's lots of posts comparing Mac colours.

I like Craving. It's a rosy mauve.

Vegas Volt is beautiful and very summery.

Patisserie is a lovely subtle “your lips but better” shade

Hue is my holy grail lipstick. I absolutely love it.

Modesty and fanfare in the crème sheen formulations are both lovely nudes.

Faux is my favourite

Just remember MAC will discontinue your favourite lipstick and there will be no stock

syrup is a beautiful pinky/mauve that I've recently fallen in love

Relentlessly red is gorgeous but more of a pinky red than red red.

Spirit

I have Velvet Teddy and it is fab. Gorgeous shade that looks good day or night.

Hot Tahiti is a very wearable soft red.

Shanghai Spice is a lovely nude coral

Vegas Volt, Crosswires are brighter coral/apricots which I love in the summer.

LadyBug is a perfect orangey red for my colouring ( Bright Winter/ blue eyes)

Creme in your coffee is a good everyday browny nude
