Having a quick wedding as I need a visa to visit my partners home country. I’m 5”7 and size 12 and have a flabby belly as I’m 14 week pp. Don’t want anything showy and have a really limited budget (under £200). I’m a bit stuck

If you're not bothered about it being an official wedding dress, try Goddiva, there are some fab dresses on there that could pass for wedding dresses.

I got my wedding dress from monsoon a few years ago, definitely worth looking on their website.

I'm not sure what style you're after but how about this one from M&S - might be floaty around the tummy.

If you are near London try Fonthill Road near Finsbury Park. A road full of dress shops - prom, wedding etc.

If you want a "proper" wedding dress Oxfam sell them on their website anything from 1920s to BNWT appear

Try Tiffany Rose here, they have a lot of specialist pregnancy wedding dresses, some under £200 even when full price. I have linked to the reduced ones, they look promising.
