Can you apply moisturiser straight after retinol?

I'm trying to very slowly introduce my skin to TO Granactive Retinoid 2% by just using it twice a week. How long do you wait between applying your moisturiser afterwards?

Just apply it as soon it feels dry, 10 mins or so
