Bruising off lip fillers

Hi

Got lip fillers earlier this week. No problem, no pain afterwards etc but the skin above my top lip is really bruised.

It looks like I have a moustache! Anyone else had this happen?

Did they enter from the boarder? I've had bruising on my actual lips when the syringe enters within the boarder, but don't usually bruise when they go in from the actual boarder.

I don't know. She numbed them first with injections. I had my eyes closed!

I think I will ring them Tomorrow and Just make them aware

Contact the nurse or doctor who treated you x

I know a few people who have bruised like that. It's one of the things holding me back from having them. Can you cover it with . Makeup?

I didn't bruise in the same place, but I bruised very badly. I found Dermablend a really good Cover up. Make sure you don't take any ibuprofen as that thins the blood and can lead to bruising. Take arnica tablets next time :-)

I've just been covering it with powder as best I can but in this weather it's just coming off.
