what shoes with this dress?

It's for a wedding. The dress hasn't arrived yet so I might not like it, but just in case what shoes would you wear with it? I already have pale grey patent sling backs with a blocky heel. Would they be any good or no?

I'd be tempted to go brighter. Purple (but a deeper, brighter purple than the shade in the dress). Or deep pink. Or a blue/turquoise (again, not a shade that will matchy-matchy the dress).
