Best store in Birmingham for personal shopper

Taking DM clothes shopping as a birthday
Treat and am hoping to book a personal shopper to make it a more relaxing experience
Never done it before so any top tips or there experiences most welcome please !

Anyone done this in Birmingham?

I'd say John Lewis tbh, although I haven't personally done it. Lots of choice.

I'd go for wherever has the most brands she likes. I went to JL once but not in Birmingham, it was okay though I felt she didn't really listen to what I wanted I did buy some new things I wouldn't have chosen alone.

Thanks for replies I have tentatively booked JL. That will be pre lunch so I guess we have time to look at other stuff in the afternoon of needs be !
I wondered if HofF had better brands but haven't had time to look too closely yet .
