Tried karrimor and Gelert walking shoes/ boots but they all hurt and give me blisters.

Merrell are wide. Meindl are good wide boots, too.

New Balance are great and their staff are extremely well trained (though only a few shops). I bought gore tex lined walking shoes there a few years ago and they're brilliant.

Cotswold and Amazon

mumsastudent · 25/06/2018 22:24

hotter - they do a lot of wide fit shoes & walking shoes etc

Helpmeltb · 25/06/2018 22:25

Merrell - I have really wide feet and Merrell fit me well

Sunny and help me

Where do you buy your Merrell trainers? I've found some on eBay. Are all styles wide?

Absolutely Merrell all the way! I have wide feet and they are roomy on me (I sometimes buy & prefer the mens styles) and they are very, very comfy. I walk up to 15 miles a day in mine and no achey feet Grin

Helpmeltb · 27/06/2018 22:29

I usually get mine at Go Outdoors (in the sale if possible)

We bought dd some Merrells in tkmaxx but she has narrow feet and they are a good fit

Another vote for Merrell - I like plenty of space for my toes and always find them comfortable.
