Colourist - Southampton/Winchester/Portsmouth/Salisbury

Can anyone recommend a really good hair colourist in Southampton/Winchester/Portsmouth (Salisbury at a push)?

I'm hoping to get a dark dye stripped and go grey/white - that's my natural colour buried under lots of dark dye. I know this is not a job for the faint hearted and needs someone who really knows what they're doing to avoid ending up orange.... any ideas?

Smith England in Salisbury. Not been there but is owned by my friend Phil Smith. We did our apprenticeship together in the 80's.
He's an amazing hairdresser and has some really good staff.
Has a Facebook page which posts pics of work they do in the salon.
