Interview! Tips for "smart but not office attire"?

I have two interviews in the next fortnight. Supposed to wear smart, but not office attire.

I am slim and petite but have a big cup size, so I often find shirts hang off my breasts like a tent...

I would wear 3/4 skinny trousers, v neck shell top and a Jersey blazer with high courts. Good luck!

Wear a dress. Always looks smart and doesn't look too officy. And perfect for the weather.

Thanks to both, any particular recommendations for outfits? I looked at dresses currently in store and everything is flowery/summery!

Try a wrap dress then you can put a cami underneath for any gaping. How about this in tkmaxx www.tkmaxx.com/uk/en/women/clothing/dresses/ultra-marine+black-geo-wrap-dress/p/30224527

Ah that's a good idea. Would resolve the big cup size problem too. Thanks! x

There are also lots of smart short dresses around at the moment. Warehouse has a good selection. I like this checked one but there are several others.

uk.sandro-paris.com/en/woman/dresses/long-all-over-print-dress/R5424E.html?dwvar_R5424E_color=3055#start=1 I'm in love with this one. Perhaps too graphicy though for a dress?

I wish the Ines de Fressange range was still available at UNIQLO. Have this beautiful dress from it, but it's getting a bit old...

I loveeee these kinds of designs, looking for something similar:

The first one might be very long on you if you are petit. The model is probably 5'8.

Becareful of shirt dresses - ie anything with buttons down the front as they will probably gape if you are busty (speaks from experience)

How about Something like this www.fennwrightmanson.com/dresses/avan_dress_purple.htm

ellak · 25/06/2018 17:59

Ooh I like that in red/polka dots! Shame size 8 is not available, could try 10 but might be a bit loose...
