Skin care routine for spotty preteen

Ten year old DD has slowly been getting spots on her chin & forehead. Blackheads & whiteheads. Anybody got any suggestions as to what to use on them?

Sukin charcoal cleanser, a light glycolic acid toner and maybe ultrabland as a moisturizer?
