Colourful florals, ruffles on clothes - unstylish?

Ive realised I keep picking bright floral clothes and clothes with ruffle details? I don't pick clothes that are floral with ruffles together though. Is this unstylish? Im trying to look more polished and stylish so am wondering what I actually thought was stylish is really stylish. Hope I'm making sense!

Well the thing is, ruffles and big florals are very much in style at the moment. I agree both together may not be a good idea but it does depend!

So you will look "in style" right now, but when you look back in 5 years when they're probably not in style you might cringe a bit. On the other hand, if you dress "classic" you should look back and like what you see. I think you Can look polished if you're wearing an "on trend" piece if your accessories and hair/makeup/nails/attitude are all "on point" as the young 'uns say!
