Products for long highlighted hair (especially on holiday)

Dd (17) just had her long hair highlighted, looks great Smile

Any suggestions for shampoos or conditioners that won’t break the bank? We’re on holiday soon and she knows to be careful with chlorine and her hair. I was wondering about a hair mask or treatment she could use whilst we’re away which might help.

My hair is short and it’s been some years since I’ve had to look for products for highlighted longer hair. Many thanks for any suggestions!

Elvive extraordinary oil is fantastic. I’ve also recently discovered TIGI honey and oatmeal range which is gorgeous and nourishing and also smells delicious.

Could she use a hair mask as a conditioner while away to stop it drying out?

I use products from the hairdresser which are expensive but I'm going to take L'Oréal elvive shampoo & conditioner miniatures for coloured hair on holiday.

My mum also has coloured blonde hair & uses L'Oréal elvive products.

When I come out of the sea or pool I use leave in conditioner spray. You can get a variety of makes.

Also you can get soltan uv protection spray for hair in the sun creams area of Boots.

Many thanks to you all x She’s been using Elvive so good to know we’re on the right track.

I like Tigi products myself so will def look out for those Jemima and also the Extraordinary oil.

I’ve used the bumble and bumble invisible oil products when I’ve been away - they make my hair feel really nice after the pool + sea. The full size products are quite expensive but I’ve bought travel sets from boots which are handlings size.
