Sadly I was widowed at a youngish age a few years ago, and as I've gradually started to "move on" I've stopped wearing my rings. I hope one day I will find another partner so I don't want to be pigeon-holed by them. But at the same time they are obviously precious (and of some value). I have thought about having them remade. The engagement ring is a decent solitaire, and the wedding and eternity rings both have diamonds around them. So basically there a good few stones of different sizes, and some platinum. Any idea how I might get these redesigned into another single dress ring, or earrings or a pendant? I don't do flashy, would just like an understated memento that I am happy to wear without sending out married/widowed signals. I don't know where to start with this idea, so suggestions welcome.
