Omfg... crocs or birkenstocks! I need your help!!

I live in faded black skinny jeans, trainers and plain t-shirts. Trying to develop a tiny sense of style now but my summer shoe collection consists of crocs and birkenstocks. Wtf? And I'm still in my twenties just... Usual stock excuse about years of pregnancy, breastfeeding outfits, baby puke blah blah blah.
Anyway, change is desparatrely needed. Budget is limited. I can't walk in heels and not a fan of ballet pumps. I like shoes/sandals with a 'side' as I have wide feet.
Any ideas for casual summer footwear that ticks the boxes?

Flip! Look at my typos. I meant those birkenstocks and birks rather than girls Blush

I have two strap Birkenstocks which I do like but I prefer these which I wear almost non stop.
Without sounding like an idiot I'm quite trendy.
They were about £10 from h and m and I'm pretty sure they still have them.

The moshulu ones I get (now on my second pair!) are the loop toe ones called Wilma. They’re super comfy and do 2 summers of pretty much daily wear and lots of walking.

SchnitzelVonKrumm · 23/06/2018 20:35

Birkies are fine but FGS lose the Crocs.

SchnitzelVonKrumm · 23/06/2018 20:38

These Clarks clogs are super comfy

Verbena87 · 23/06/2018 20:40

And on sale and in my size. Dammit! Schnitzel you are a bad influence!

SchnitzelVonKrumm · 23/06/2018 20:43

Also in black Verbena Wink

I am right at the scrimping end of my maternity leave! But they are lovely. And look very versatile and easy to wear....Wink

SchnitzelVonKrumm · 23/06/2018 20:48

I bought mine last year and have worn them loads. And they really are very comfortable.

ginandnappies · 23/06/2018 20:52

I live in my birks during summer. So comfy and versatile

mimiasovitch · 23/06/2018 21:00

I just bought these in deep red, and have worn them two days on the trot for a full day of work (restaurant work so on my feet). I have wide feet and they've proven really comfortable, and I like how they look a lot too!

Or gumbies flip flops, which I live in most of the year as they are so comfortable.

BestZebbie · 24/06/2018 22:04

Fit flops? The ones that are slides rather than with a toe post.

IwankaTramp · 24/06/2018 22:13

I have wide feet and these are fantastic -really comfortable. They are Fly London...
