Would wear it with black court heels

That would be fine in my office. It's lovely.

Paddington23 · 21/06/2018 22:35

Thanks I always slightly over dress compared to most in my office some
Seem to take the words business casual to mean just jeans or leggings

Ooh, I love that. Definitely not too much.

Leggings are an awful lot more 'casual' than 'business' Grin

Judydreamsofhorses · 21/06/2018 22:37

I would wear that to work with black brogues and bare legs.

AnneLovesGilbert · 21/06/2018 22:38

I’d wear that! Love dresses. Enjoy!

SheldonandPenny · 21/06/2018 22:38

It's great. Go for it! (Leggings?? 😝)

Ohyesiam · 21/06/2018 22:39

The dress lols good, and tight for work. Wear what you enjoy wearing, the leggings clad might secretly admire your pazaz

RabbitsAreTasty · 21/06/2018 22:39

With the right shoes it'll be fine.

foxtiger · 21/06/2018 22:55

I think it's very work-appropriate so long as you're not doing anything physical where the length could mean it gets in the way a bit.

Paddington23 · 21/06/2018 22:55

Thanks going to go for it tomorrow

That's lovely, I'd wear it for work.

I'm actually sitting in my office in 'casual' at the moment (long tunic dress with cropped leggings and plimmies). Might not be everyone's choice, but I am covered, unlike some of the young things who think that very tight skinnies and a Bardot or strappy top constitutes 'casual' workwear. In fact, one of our clients remarked to me in the lift that I looked 'bright, summery and smartly casual', and she wished she could wear something like it. I was quite chuffed!

MulberryPeony · 22/06/2018 10:28

It’s exactly the kind of thing I would wear to work.

lenalove · 22/06/2018 10:50

No, I love it! I'd defo wear it to work OP!

HildaZelda · 22/06/2018 11:51

It's lovely, but I wouldn't wear it with black court shops. I think that would be a bit nana. Chunky heel sandals perhaps?

Scribblegirl · 22/06/2018 11:59

Lovely dress. I’d wear that to work.

I’d do a lot of swishing in that dress.
