Gel nail help

Help! I have gel nails and need to remove the normal polish from my toes. Can I use a regular polish remover? Or will that ruin my gels? I’m only used to normal polish....

Last time I had this issue I got my H to do it for me just in case - possibly not very helpful I realise! I think it may depend on the type of nail polish remover?

Could you wear rubber gloves?

I use disposable latex gloves when doing my toes, never wanted to risk finding out if my gel finger nails would be ruined by regular polish remover!

Regular nail polish remover won't do anything to gel nails.

I've tried to take my gels off before by using regular nail polish and it did nothing - you'll be fine
