100% cotton beach dresses

Why are they so hard to find?? I just want cheap simple strappy dresses that are 100 % cotton.
I'm currently in mallorca and the dresses in the local beach shops would be great if they were a bit bigger. Sadly I'm not in the one size fits all providing you're no bigger than a size 12 bracket

I've another trip in a couple of weeks where it will be even hotter than the current 30 degrees here so please find me some light cotton dresses.

I tried the next ones last year and they looked awful on me. I must be a weird shape as they look good on everyone else.

I looked in h&m in Palma on Tuesday but couldn't find any woven cotton, just jersey. I'll have a look on the website.

Maybe try primark, they sometimes have cotton sun dresses, they did have some nice cotton cover ups a couple of weeks ago.

Peacocks? I've had some joy there in the past. Nice and cheap for the beach.

I've bought a fair few of these from h&m, I've sized down. They are viscose but are lovely.

Do they keep you cool buster? Some of the stuff I brought with me here is viscose but it feels sweatier on me than cotton.

Where in the uk do you live? Some local markets in London have been selling very fine cotton dresses. Linen is great too for keeping cool.

Op I've only worn mine in England but my friend has recently come back from Portugal when she wore hers and said it was amazing.

Try Poetry and wrap. They both have several dresses in the sale section. I’ve bought simple cotton & linen dresses this year from M&S, Tk Maxx in the online beach wear section and Oysho plus Poetry.

I bought a cotton beach dress from George at Asda for an upcoming beach holiday.

Mango and Zara have a few nice linen and cotton dresses. As do other stories. MidlifeChic did a feature recently on dresses made from breathable fabric, although there was a bit of viscose in there which I think is a really warm fabric.

Uniqlo is usually good for natural fabrics or tap cotton dress into ASOS search?

Ive just bought a lovely red cotton kaftan dress from Oysho in the sale. There’s a few cotton and linen dresses reduced at the moment . I’m size 14 with a 16 tummy and the large is plenty big enough. Also Wrap have a kaftan dress in navy/cream with excellent reviews. I’ve ordered one but I’m not sure how heavy the material is.
