Sea salt sandals - customer service?

I've been trying to get an answer from sea salt about why part of my order hasn't shown up (13 days to deliver most of it, emailed them about missing item 5 days ago) and heard nothing. Does anyone know if they are usually this crap? They never replied to my original query about where my order was, which I sent 9 days after placing it. I'd prefer not to resort to twitter if I can avoid it but I fear I might have to....

Yes they were crap when I ordered a coat from them. They sent it to the wrong postcode (their error not mine). They basically said (after I finally managed to actually speak to someone) that I had to wait for it to be sent back to them before they would send another one out to me despite it being their error. I haven't actually ordered anything since as it was really irritating!

That doesn't bode well. Shopping online is great til it isn't...

Do you mean the company seasalt?
Or the company that sells seasalt sandals?

Agh, you're right, it's Salt Water the sandal people Sorry Sea Salt whoever they are

I ordered stuff from Seasalt and they were fantastic ;)

Oh sorry I meant Seasalt - I have saltwater sandals but ordered through Office and had no problems.

I ordered mine from the company that sells saltwater sandals think they are called sunsan? Or something like that. I ordered a few pairs at the time - red and lime and kept the red. They were fine with orders and returns. Refunded pretty quickly. If you have taken out the order using paypal, you could open up a case. I am sure they will be quick to respond to you!
