First ever Boden purchase - is their sizing usually crap ?!

At the weekend I tried in a pair of size 12 regular Trafalgar jeans in John Lewis and tbe fit was perfect except they were too long .
I ordered the petite on-line and they are minute !! I can't have put on a stone since Saturday !

Not happy . Is this usual for the brand ?

Did you check the measurements? There are detailed measurements for each item of clothing - petite fit doesn't just mean shorter in leg length.

There is no difference in the sizing - just 2 inches shorter and half an inch in the rise which is of no consequence .

I usually size up when I buy from petite ranges. Next petite is the same - I couldn't fit into my usual size if buying petite jeans.

In a word, yes. I've had sizes 8 - 16 fit me, depending on the garment, I'm a size 12 everywhere else.
