Mascara help

Looking for a decent mascara that lengthens & gives volume as my lashes are ridiculously short, everything I try is just rubbish! I don't like the comb wands they do nothing for me I tend to stick with the brisle type wands.

Any recommendations?

Luxury option - Estée Lauder Sumptuous Extreme

Its fantastic, you can build it up to thicken. It also doesn't smudge - I just wore it for two weeks in 38 degree very humid weather and it stayed put. Yet its not a waterproof mascara and doesn't flake off. Fab.
