I would like a really lovely luxurious bath...

So I have decided that I want to be a bath person. Candles, lights low, maybe some music, all of that.

Can anyone recommend any really lovely products to go in with me? I quite like the idea of oils, but do they make everything slippy afterwards? Are bubble baths quite drying? I wouldn't mind spending a bit more on something really lovely, but also open to cheap and cheerful as well.

I second Fenjal oil cream bath I bought it after a thread on here it’s my favourite bath piney but musky powdery skin is so smooth and whole house smells lovely after it

Yet another recommendation for the Waitrose own brand shower gels and bubble baths. I like the orange and ginger ones and the lime and something ones, but they also do a more floral range if that's more your thing. They are SO cheap and smell as good as many branded ones at five or ten times the price imo.

Laura Mercier's creme baths are gorgeous but pricey. I actually prefer bath salts to bubble bath though (less need to rinse off after), and have bought lots of really nice scented ones from TK Maxx - less than a fiver for a huge bag.

Aromatherapy associates definitely. The deep relax oil is incredible.

This is the one I love. A small capful and the whole house smells gorgeous.
