Holiday shoe ideas

We are off to Italy soon on holiday. I have realised I'm not going to be able to wear jeans. Or tights. Or my usual shoes.

So I'm planning to wear summer dresses, maybe shorts. I'm looking for some suitable shoes. Can anyone advise? I'd prefer a bit of a heel given the clothes I'm thinking of, but not too high as I am a giant. Was thinking wedges might be comfortable? I'm not a fan of blisters. I have blueish-white feet and will need to paint my nails if they are going to be in display.

So in summary. Need holiday shoes. Probably heels. Not huge heels. Need to be fairly comfortable/practical. Need to be suitable for blue feet.

Can anyone help please?

If you are going to be staying anywhere near shops, buy your holiday shoes in Italy. They have great shoes there.

Get a pair of simple flip flops or sandals you can wear to the shops.

Oh what a great idea. We are going to be in a holiday park but going into civilisation early on.

ASOS have some great sandals in the sale. I've just ordered a pair of sandals and a pair of espadrilles - under £30 for both.
