Anyone else the same shape but find nice clothes that look good?

And the sooner skater dresses go out of fashion... they look vile!

I carry my weight on my tummy too. Little bum and not particularly big boobs so lots of tops make me look pregnant. Oh and shoulders getting broader by the day 😯.

Agree with straight not skinny jeans despite nice legs. I also have a long body and short legs just to add to the shopping agony.

Finding it really hard with all of the lovely stuff in the shops none of which suits. Just wish I had some hips!

Definitely need to look at more A line stuff though. Keep the ideas coming.

Random I've been looking for a dress for a wedding and have found that Fit and Flare dresses are very flattering. They tend to be snug around the ribs and give an illusion of a waist. Knee length to show off our lovely legs.

Not for me Grin belly starts under my boobs Sad literally look 5-6 months pregnant no chest or waist.

No belts, plain skirts, detail/pattern on tops wear great shoes/sandals.

Another apple here - and a petite one so no maxi dresses for me!!!

I wear empire line tops or dresses and I always try to emphasise my arms (toned) and shoulders - broad but toned, and my legs - I wear straight legged jeans with turn ups to show off slim ankles.

I wear shorts with empire tops in summer or a knee length empire line dress - by this I mean any type of dress or top that widens under the boob area - I have looked pregnant since I was 17!!! I'm nearly 50 now.

To dress up I wear capri trousers with an empire line top or a figure skimming dress. I bought culottes for the first time this year, dressy ones in navy and they are great.

I never wear a buttoned up jacket and I prefer cardigans to jackets if possible. I found these fabulous A-line sweaters in H and M years ago - I had to throw the last one out in January as it was threadbare. I really envy people who can wear slim little cashmere sweaters.

It's funny but everyone said I looked fab when I was pregnant - but I had had years of practice at covering a bump!!!!

Anyone found any nice a line skirts in the shops?

I’m also looking for nice loose shirts, have a lovely one from next but haven’t seen any others recently
