Treatment for Pre-teen acne

My DD 11 has recently come out in some very small spots on and around her nose, they are a bit lumpy and some are tiny white heads.

She hasn't reached puberty yet but her nose is a little oily.

Any advice as how to gently treat them?

My DD is having the same thing at the same age, but she is well into puberty! I've bought her a Neutrogena face wash and moisturiser and a spot gel (freederm I think). Seems to be doing the job when she remembers to use it!

I've also drummed into her not to touch them.

Cetaphil is gentle and my dd 17 yo has used this since puberty. She has oily skin but break outs are rare these days. DS has drier skin and prefers Mario Bardescu acne wash. He takes ABs and his skin has cleared up noticably and isn’t dry.

Utterly shameless place marking for my dd (11).
