Handbag repair/restoration

Can anybody recommend a good leather restorer for my Valentino handbag? It has scratches and the colour needs to be restored.
The reviews of handbag clinic ( got a quote for £250 !! ) are extremely mixed and just I don’t know which company to entrust with the job, especially considering the price they charge.

Avoid the handbag spa like the plague, they've absolutely trashed one of my Mulberry Bayswaters!

The handbag clinic and The Handbag Restoration Company are both great but the latter is smaller and therefore cheaper. It's mainly run by a lady called Claire on Facebook

I used The Restory to renovate and repair a longchamp leather bag & repair a pair of Joseph shoes. I'm very happy with what they did.
