Colour analysis

If I'm like this:
Hair Mousey but dyed warm brown with caramel highlights
Eyes grey/blue/greenish
Skin tone pale but neutral
Veins on wrist appear more green than blue.
Never really tan

What sort of colours should I go for?

Mousy hair generally suggests that you’re a summer (the colour you have dyed it may or may not suit you so is a red herring).

Could potentially be a spring though. Google summer palettes and spring palettes and see you if you can identify any colours in either of them that you know suit you or know look awful on you.

I'd guess autumn.

You might need to book an appointment. I did years ago and still use the information to be a little more confident when shopping.

What colours work and what colours look grim on you?

I wouldn’t have thought autumn - your colouring sounds too delicate for that, plus mousy hair has no warm tones in it so is usually summer. Can be spring though depending on warmth of eyes and skin but without seeing you I’d guess at soft summer.
