Is there such thing as a home teeth whitening kit that actually works, or do I have to shell out hundreds for a dentist to do them?

I think dental trays work out much cheaper in long run, I just buy the gel now as and when I want.

Yes, it works out well for me as I have the mould trays, just put gel in and use over three days.

Dentist makes moulds of your teeth, then you just use them going forward with gel
