Nossa Vida - anyone used them?

Hi. Just wondering if anyone has ordered anything from them and if so what the quality, sizing, delivery time was like? Can't find much online reviewing them. Cheers

I have, don’t!! I ordered two dresses and what I got was not what was in the photos. I haven’t even tried them on they’re so bad. I’ll probably give them to my toddler as paint smocks.

The first is so different from the pics, a very poor copy. Different material, no pockets, different pattern, different hem lines. Just so bad.

The second, again poor quality, rough stitching and it’s supposed to be a yellow dress but it’s more like camel brown.

When I contacted them they said they can’t tefund or return “sale items”, which is their way around never refunding as you’ll notice everything on their site appears to be reduced. They offered to send me another item free if I pay shipping, ha as if I want anymore of their crap and to pay more for it, no way. Save your money, for what I paid including shipping I could have got one really good quality frock from somewhere else.

I would NOT recommend ordering from them. The return/exchange process is basically nonexistent. They make it so difficult. The clothes are also poor quality.

Definitely AVOID nossa vida!! I bought 3 dresses and they were terrible quality and looked nothing at all like the pictures. They say in the returns policy that you need to request the address if you want to return anything, but then will never give it to you. Total waste of money I wouldn't even wear them to paint the house.
