Can someone give me hair ideas please?

I have longish hair. Reaches to my shoulder blades. I rarely have to.e to straighten it before work so end up wearing it in a pony tail which just doesn't look great. Are there any quick easy up styles that anyone can recommend to me? I have quite thick hair.

If you do overnight twists for soft curls, just putting your hair up in a banana clip will look good.
Or you could look into thick messy braids , which are "in" this year
I love a soft "French twist" with lots of soft hair tendrils around the face
