Fifty, frumpy, living in jeans.

I can’t find any clothes I like and am currently stuck wearing jeans and grey tshirts. I don’t work so don’t need smart clothes, just want some casual skirts or dresses. I’m 5’9”, don’t like anything above the knee and am about a size 12. Also have a very small budget. Help!

If you're comfortable in jeans maybe just get some nicer tops (and in colour, not grey). You might find some dresses in the sales or places like TKMax but it's really a question of trying things on and finding what suits and what you are comfortable in.
