Affordable non-shiny all day facial sunscreen?

Atm I'm using Boots Soltan Once Face. It works, but even after 15 mins it's still shiny on me. I'm looking for something with good UVA and UVB protection so not Clinique Cityblock. I've read somewhere (possibly MN) that Biore Watery Essence has a high alcohol content so that's out as I have dry skin on my forehead. Does a matte all day sunscreen exist?

PotOfMemories

The La Roche Posay Anthelios and the Body Shop facor 50 I have heard of and know they're highly recommend but I'd really prefer something that lasts all day.

It does, doesn't it?!

According to the product description LRP Anthelios should be reapplied every couple of hours. I haven't found a detailed product description for the Body Shop one but as it doesn't mention being all day I'm assuming it isn't. I agree a hat, and sunglasses, are effective.

'presentable' does not require being painted beige. I doubt the blokes round you worry about that.

Couple of assumptions going on there.
I agree you have to be aware of what you're putting on your skin.

Hyaluronic Acid was Ok for me but I find hydrating toners without HA are much more effective. So I wouldn't discount using more hydration just because HA didn't work for you.

Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner (Beauty & Seoul do a 100 ml small size)
Etude House Soon Jung
Benton Snail Bee High Content Skin
Other popular ones are Klairs Supple Preparation Toner, Secret Key aloe toner and Whamisa Deep Rich.

Re. sunscreen- I'm using Avène tinted sunscreen 50spf and it works like a BB cream so it would save you that step in your routine.

Others sing the praises of Frezyderm Velvet but I haven't tried it.

Sun lotion we use that's cheap and has beat loads of more expensive brands is Calypso they sell it in aldi and amazon for £6.
I also use the aldi face cream I think it's £1.75 or something crazy and has a factor in it. Also the B.B. creams I use usually have sun protection too
