Dresses or tops for huge stomach

What style dress or tops for a big belly?

Size 16 everywhere else but 46" waist, need something dressy for an important work do.

If I buy 18 or 20 to fit my waist then its way too big everywhere else.

I have some nice straight leg navy trousers and silver sandals or would a dress be better?

I saw this a couple of days ago and thought it might be good to cover my large tum! What do you think?

You'll probably be better off with separates if you're different sizes. I'm assuming an evening do , a dramatic top to draw attention
