Is it a cardigan or a jumper

Help bought a Hugo boss item that I thought was a waterfall style cardigan on getting it home I noticed it had a small button hole on each of the waterfall bits and a button inside the collar and outside so thinking maybe it’s wrap jumper or something. Any ideas how to wear it

Take one side of the waterfall
And fasten it up to the opposite side at the top. Then do the same with the other side

Which side goes inside there is a button on the inside of the neck and one in the same place but on the outside

It’s hard to picture the buttons and holes without seeing it but the long drapes from the waterfalls should cross as you lift them up, so left drape comes up and attaches to right side of neck. Right drape comes up and attaches to left side of neck.

Even if it buttons up, it's still a cardigan.

I’ve got one like this. You fasten it as Paintbox describes, though I don’t often fasten in.

I love a cardi.

Is it this one? If so there are photos of it buttoned.

Rather embrassing but I have worked for a high street clothing store for 14 years which is now an outlet so we get designer brands very cheap and neither me or my colleagues can figure this out lol

Have the buttons been sewn on in the wrong place hence why it’s in the outlet? Now I’ve seen it I can’t figure out why the button in central, one in the middle inside and one in the middle at the back, it makes no sense. My money is on it being a fault!!

fuzzywuzzy · 12/06/2018 06:35

Looks like it may be this one, so the left side buttons on the inside and right on the outside.

Paintbox · 12/06/2018 07:48

Ah yes fuzzy has it! The wraps go further round the neck than I thought, to make a high neck wrap jumper

Alfiemoon1 · 12/06/2018 08:52

Thanks fuzzy that’s the one
