Lightweight coverage oily skin

Can anyone please recommend a relatively lightweight foundation/bb cream for oily skin? I have lots of freckles/pigmentation which look worse with anything heavy but just using concealer and powder leaves my skin shiny by lunchtime. Do you think a powder/foundation would be better? I'm low maintenance so no blending blushes or multiple step routine going on, thanks.
Ps. Last year used LRP Effaclear BB but only comes in 2 shades so no good for summer.

Did you think the effaclar B.B. was too heavy? I did but maybe the coverage was ok for you?
I've bought so many expensive ones and still come back to my garnier B.B. (I'm extra light, more difficult to find now but get online for a £5!) x

Ps if you want to keep using what you have have you tried a primer underneath?

Thanks, yes the LRP is a bit too heavy and powdery but ok for winter.
