How can I fix this?

My hair is an awful mess of washing out colours. It was purple/lilac, I haven’t dyed it at all this year and have been using head and shoulders but it is not getting any better.

Went to hairdressers again and they are saying a rose gold colour to cover but I need a sensible colour for a new job. I want to go back to blonde and don’t know how.

Really don’t want to pay £150 for the hairdressers to dye my hair a colour I don’t want.

My natural hair colour is very dark brown but it has been bleached blonde for years. It was being dyed pastel colours for a year and a half.

Not a hairdresser but someone who has a lot experience with having blonde and lots of colours in my hair. It doesn't look bad at all , it looks very fixable , I don't think you only have the rose gold option. I'd get a few different consultations with different hairdressers and see what they say!

Full head of bleach hilights then a toner over the top?
All over brown??

Thanks so much. I didn’t think it was that bad but the two hairdressers I’ve seen made such a fuss and said I’d have to go copper or pink shades, as that’s the only colour that will cancel it out.

Try the haircrazy or hairdyeforum. They are full of people who use a lot of crazy colour and often need to quickly change to a normal colour for a job and give very good advice
