Help - long sleeved dress for Ascot

I'm in need of a long sleeved dress to wear to ascot, I have a BIG burn on my lower arm that needs covering, there's an official dress code that also must be adhered to - just above or below knee, no bardot or off the shoulder styles.

I feel like I've looked everywhere! So does anyone have any online sites they can recommend?

Budget up to £100 but the lower the better.

There was a thread recently with someone looking for a dress this style for their daughter for prom... loads of helpful comments. Sorry I can’t link but might be worth a hunt with keywords ‘daughter’ ‘prom’ and ‘long sleeved’!

I'm assuming by your dress code requirements that you are in the Royal Enclosure OP. You don't mention your size or shape, or fabrics that you prefer, or whether the sleeves can be sheer, but had a quick look.
