Spa day for 16 year old - near Northants?

I've promised my soon-to-be 16 niece a spa day for her 16th birthday.

Any recommendations in and around Northants or Leics? I've been to a few, but no experience of those best for this age group...

The spa at Center Parcs Woburn is fabulous, they do a deal which includes all day spa access and also a breakfast snack and lunch

Haven't been for a few years but Ragdale Hall was always wonderful!
